Lyle is an independent quarterly print magazine that aims to celebrate the places, projects, and perspectives that make Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands so special.

From home visits with local icons and the gems that deserve to be on everyone’s radar, to explorations of identity and lore—we think the region appeals to a lot more than the “newlywed or nearly dead”.

Lyle is edited by co-founders Jess Rivers and Anja Torres, whose love for hospitality and community-building runs deep and permeates the publication’s ethos. The magazine is designed by Mackenzie Bird.
